Sun Life offers both employer-sponsored and voluntary dental plans, available as fully insured or ASO (Administrative Services Only) arrangements. Eligibility & Participation
- For employers who contribute less than 100% of the premium, the group must have 2 enrolled employees. If the enrollment of the group drops below 2 employees, the proposal is not valid.
- For 100% Employer Paid Plans – the group must have 100% participation of all eligible employees
